We didn’t have the answers straight away; they are the product of years of struggle, leading to a decades-long research project into health, performance, and supplement innovation. Kurk was founded by two friends: a high-performance coach and a medical doctor at the forefront of the emerging field of plant sciences. Kurk is the result of their exceptional professional and personal journeys. From Crohn’s disease to a coronary stent, Dr. Harry and Trent battled ill-health for 20 years.

Together, they turned to Dr. Harry’s PhD research, exploring the effects of nutrition on brain development, body weight, and blood pressure. Their combined experience—and extraordinary recoveries—led to an interest in plant-based supplements and the role curcumin can play in supporting our health and happiness. Shortly after, Kurk was born.
